Broken Toes & A Cast Up To The Hip & A Birthday

Before we get into that tragedy, We want to wish our youngest son Andy, a Happy Birthday! On Monday, August 11th he will be another year older. He is a fine young man and we are very proud of him. Happy birthday Andy!

It was an interesting day around here Friday. Friday morning Betty and Lucy were playing and Betty jumped off the bed and landed wrong. I could hear all kinds of screaming and carrying on. Then I heard Betty. Sue yelled down that Betty was hurt and that she should go to the vet. I dropped her off right when they opened at 7:30. Sue picked her up after work with cast in place and quite a buzz on from the drugs.
Betty will be in a cast for the next month. Sue will recover as well, in due time.
